  • The Confident Woman: Tapping Into Your Inner Power

Didi Zahariades, MA is a successful psychotherapist, executive coach, and motivational speaker.

She has spent the last ten years creating an impressive and diverse client list at the prosperous practice, Coach To Win. Didi has gained national attention as a regularly featured expert on a variety of television programs with a core concentration on women's issues.

As a coach, Didi's strength in conflict resolution has been an asset to organizations from implementing strategic planning sessions to company restructuring. Her coaching clients have improved their leadership skills with an overall increase in professional achievements. By combining her therapeutic skills derived from counseling individuals with her communication skills as an experienced executive, Didi has the ability to offer a unique perspective.

As a psychotherapist, Didi uses the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy with each of her counseling clients which also provide a structure for her coaching clients. She uses this model with the assumption that life issues are influenced by multiple domains of human experience which have biological (medical), psychological (mental) and social impacts.

Previously Didi served as a Vice President of a publically traded company responsible for managing a P/L of their largest region. In this role she excelled at balancing viewpoints of managers, directors, and staff to aid in the development of cohesive, productive, revenue generating offices. This is the level of experience she brings to her audiences as an engaging speaker.

Originally graduating from The University of Iowa, Didi pursued a career in marketing and public relations. Didi eventually settled in Portland, Oregon and received her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College.
