Sonja Wilson is president of Break-Through Development Group (BTDG), an organization that seeks to uncover the highest potential in an individual and lead them to a path of personal and professional success. Ms Wilson holds an MBA in marketing and is certified in Diversity and Leadership training. Ms. Wilson has over 15 years of Sales Marketing and Corporate Business Management experience.

Sonja Wilson is a champion on women's issues and seeks to empower women by building self- esteem and self-empowerment. Ms. Wilson's workshops and seminars include active participation of effective communication for individuals, corporations, schools and organizations. Effective communication is the key to success in all areas of life.

Sonja Wilson is an International Advisory Board member of The Professional Woman Network (PWN) and National Professional Executive Woman (NAFE). Ms. Wilson is a contributing author of Survival Skills for the African American Woman and You're On Stage! Image, Etiquette, Branding & Style. A former international model, she is also available for coaching sessions regarding image, appearance, and self-confidence.
