Dawn White, MBA is the CEO and President of The Harris Institute for Professional Excellence. With her degree in Biochemistry, Mrs. White has been working in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Management Consulting industry for over 11 years in a variety of departments such as Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, Regulatory and Program Management. Her experience in corporate America has afforded her the opportunity to become a co-founder of various Affinity Groups and a ministry functioning as the committee lead for Education and Development.

As a Certified Professional Development Trainer and Life Coach, Dawn White is dedicated to helping individuals and corporations meet their personal and professional goals. She is passionate about training companies and individuals regarding the importance of accountability, inclusivity vs. exclusivity, customer service, leadership principles and building teams amongst diverse corporate cultures. Her unique Leadership & Empowerment Workshops teach step-by-step strategies for Organizational Empowerment and provide examples of how to develop a Nurturing Leadership Paradigm.

Mrs. White has facilitated Corporate Organizational Development projects, initiatives, seminars and technical training to improve staff member's technical skills and leadership skills. These trainings have been conducted on a regional, national, and international basis.

Dawn White is a member of the Project Management Institute and is an Advisory Board Member for the Professional Woman Network and remains available for workshops and seminars on a local, national and international basis.
