Dr. Teresa Kasey- McClendon, Ph.D., is a respected educator in both the Christian community and the public educational system; she is a motivational leader, as well as mentor to women and youth. The Founder & Co-Pastor of The Way Life Message Center & Training Institute, Inc & Co-Founder of The Way of Life Family Worship Center International Ministries located in Boynton Beach, Florida and is a native of Roanoke Virginia. Former Licensed Missionary in the Church of God in Christ, and has held such positions as the District Elect lady of the Evangelist Department, In the Greater Western District. Dr. Kasey- McClendon was also chosen to Host Southwestern Virginia's First NAACP Awards Affair. Dr. McClendon is involved in the development and training of outstanding Leaders. She works cooperatively and collaboratively with organizations, groups, and individuals to increase knowledge and skills in a manner that allows participants to blend them effectively to the richness of diversity, while using her resources to help all to achieve sustainable growth, effectiveness, and competitiveness. Dr McClendon is currently a member of The Professional Woman Network National Speakers Bureau and has recently founded" The Message Center & Training Institute for Women". Dr McClendon's love for youth led her to start and an outreach ministry entitled Champion Builder's Youth Mentoring Program which is in partnership with The National Mentoring Association, and the Inspiration for You Women's Outreach Fellowship, located in South Florida. She is married to Pastor Michael J. McClendon and the mother of (2) daughters Tierra and Kimberly. A Wife, A Mother, A Pastor, A Mentor, and a Friend. Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Christian Education and an Ordained Pastor & Evangelist. She holds certifications in such fields as: Evangelistic Training Association Instructor, Effective Black Parenting, and Women's Issues, she is a Certified Professional and Personal Development Educator and Trainer, a Certified Diversity Educator, and Certified Youth Relations Trainer. Dr. Teresa McClendon is one of the contributing authors of The Young Man's Guide for Personal Success - "The Missing Ingredient, The Mother's Touch".
