Lesa Spivey is President of the Esteem Team, an international training organization. She has conducted training seminars and workshops attended by individuals from such  agencies and organizations as the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Texas House of Representatives and Texas Southern University.

An expert in youth development, Ms. Spivey has trained hundreds of young people from various organizations including Girl Scouts of America, Houston Independent School District, Former Heavyweight Champion George Foreman's Youth Center, and numerous churches and other community groups. A former high school teacher and university professor, Ms. Spivey is a proponent of quality education and offers literacy training for youth and adults.

Her educational background includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy; a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Psychology; an Associates Degree in Business; and Paralegal Certification. She is certified by the Professional Woman Network (PWN) as a Professional consultant and trainer.

In addition to her role as President of the Esteem Team, Ms. Spivey is a founder and President of L.M.S. Enterprises, Int'l., a global innovations firm. She has been featured on ABC-TV and is listed in Who's Who Among Young American Women. Ms. Spivey is available to consult, present seminars or keynote on a local, national, and international basis.
