Reverend Dyanne Blair-Pina is an Associate Pastor at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York. She was born and reared in Boston, Massachusetts. She received her B.S. in Broadcasting & Film from Boston University. After working as producer for the City of Austin Municipal Access Channel, she left the cable television industry and entered the social service community as outreach worker, advocate and educator for various community organizations including the National Black Leadership Initiative on Cancer, the Coalition for Addiction Pregnancy and Parenting, The Alliance of Young Families, Boston and the Boston Healthy Start Initiative Consortium (BHSI) which was instrumental in the landmark initiative of the development of the Infant Mortality Project.

Her love for helping people inspired her to accept roles with the American Cancer Society, The Medical Foundation, and the Boston Team Harmony Foundation which brought together at its annual event, 10,000 diverse high school students to peaceably take a stand against racism and bigotry. Keynote speakers like former United States Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Reverend Bernice King, and Congressman John Lewis, passed on courage and inspiration to these youths.

Reverend Blair-Pina earned her Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theology Seminary. Her coursework concentration was in homiletics and family counseling. She was ordained at the First Baptist Church of Los Angeles where she received her license to preach. Reverend Blair-Pina has provided spiritual care as a regional hospice chaplain and as a hospital chaplain for tier one trauma centers. She founded the O.A.I.S.I.S139 ministry, a ministry of creative self-expression that offers emotional healing to women who have been abused, abandoned and unloved. Reverend Blair-Pina was recently asked to advise the Massachusetts Women of Faith Committee, which empowers women of faith to stand up collectively for their political, social and religious agenda.
