Elizabeth Palm, President of Palm Consulting Group,
is a Certified Professional Consultant located in Southeast Michigan.
Her expertise includes corporate training, human resources, and
business management. Ms. Palm has a degree in Business Management
and is certified in Human Resources. Ms. Palm is an active member
of The Professional Woman Network and serves as a senior member
on the PWN International Advisory Board. She has co-authored Customer
Service & Professionalism for Women, a PWN book to be released
in 2006.
