Those who know her define Analyst Mercedes Paglilla as a Business" Starter". Born in Argentina; She was educated in Pedagogy, Psychology and Business Administration in Palermo's University at her homeland Buenos Aires. When attending high School, she worked as Aerobics Instructor for ladies as well as English teacher in an attempt of assisting her colleagues from the British Cultural School in Buenos Aires. "Training was always something related to my inner self - when she proudly remembers her family traditions and several generations of school teachers and university professors.

Married to a diplomat in a cross-cultural engagement, she started her research in Cultural Behavioral Patterns and International Etiquette. When living in Singapore she was elected Vice-President of the Spanish Speaking Women Association and organized several events participating in few editions of their Bilingual Magazine.

Founding Pro-mujerplus in 1997 in Singapore-Southeast Asia, she achieved one of her biggest goals. She worked as Speaker on Women' issues for several Ministries in Brazil and for her own consultant Bureau in Argentina where she acted as Director until 2003. She specialized in Cultural Promotion working along with several Embassies and educated teenagers in social etiquette and fear-free oratory: "Lets speak up and firmly", she used to tell them- they loved to play roles and give speeches as if they were politicians.

Beauty queen at twenty, "I actually was only princess" - she jokes. To have won  the second price in all five beauty contests only encouraged her to continue studying and training other models in Make-up and Self-Packaging issues.
