Tami Olabode, originally from Nigeria, is President and CEO of The Spectrum Institute for Excellence, a Corporate Training and Development firm. Ms. Olabode is a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA). She is also a Certified Professional Trainer.

Ms. Olabode has designed and implemented training programs for healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, physician's office managers and staff. She is passionate about customer service and professionalism and conducts highly interactive workshops for the healthcare arena.

Tami Olabode is also available to corporations, organizations and educational institutions that desire increased professionalism and professional image development among their employees. She is a believer in self esteem and has a desire to guide individuals in achieving their best mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
