Alice J. Maxin's career as a public school teacher for twenty-five years and a labor relations specialist for over ten years lead to the formation of her company, Panorama Coaching. This organization dedicates itself to helping both individuals and businesses achieve success through vision and planning.

Alice is a professional life coach as certified by the Professional Woman Network. She is a respected trainer/presenter in the field of professional development as evidenced by more than two thousand men and women who have attended her interactive workshops to become effective leaders.

Alice belongs to the National Association for Female Executives and is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Professional Woman Network. She also enjoys volunteering for the early literacy initiative of the Armstrong County Community Foundation. She recently organized the first support group in western PA for the Restless Legs Syndrome Foundation: Pittsburgh North. Alice is recognized for her professional successes in Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who Among American Teachers, and Who's Who of American Women.
