  • The Talent Emergency

Nicole has been recognized by numerous organizations for her commitment to professional excellence and her community. These include the Daily Herald Business Ledger Influential Women in Business award, a Women of Distinction honoree and, most recently as a 2016 Enterprising Women of the Year Champion by Enterprising Women Magazine. As a highly regarded and sought after expert, her knowledge and advice have been featured in newspapers and magazines throughout the country. Recent publications in which she has been seen include Forbes.com, the Daily Herald Business Ledger and Fast Company.

A self-professed "country girl in disguise," Nicole Martin grew up in Montana. The small town setting, where everyone knows you and greets you on the street, was the foundation for her dedication to transparency and accountability in all ways, both personal and professional. Nicole was fortunate to have a great mentor early in life: her mom. A highly spiritual woman, Nicole's mother raised her with the philosophy of being happy. She ingrained in her the belief that every person is special and unique and that we are each capable of pursuing our passions.

Nicole Martin does her best to share her expertise, not just as a senior executive, but as a futurist, thought leader, public speaker, blogger, internet Advisor.tv host, author, board member and volunteer. As an ambassador for Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™, she has helped Chicago businesses see all the benefits a fully integrated culture strategy can bring.

Nicole now leads as CEO of her own successful company. As a sought after speaker and author, a dynamic and empowering consultative leader and futurist, skilled in helping organizations meet their strategic objectives through their people.

Her expertise provides more to an organization than just a corporate culture boost or a good office vibe. She links human capital directly to profitability time and time again— and she's got the analytics path charts and the logic models to prove it.

Nicole resides in a northern suburb of Chicago with her husband, Brian and their two children. To learn more visit www.nicolemartin.live or follow Nicole Martin on Twitter @HRBoostLLC.
