Ms. L. Kiki Lockett is President and Founder of Strait Talk, Ltd. specializing in personal and professional development. The organization's mission is to encourage, inspire, and motivate individuals to make positive changes in their lives, and move to a level of "Designing your surroundings to create an extraordinary life."

Strait Talk seminars are customized with highly interactive hands-on participation. Kiki is known for motivating and inspiring others. Her motto is "By Choice not by Chance!"

Kiki has commendable customer service supervisory experience. Understanding the importance of "Outstanding Customer Service and Satisfaction", she actively coaches and trains employees to continuously achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kiki graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and went on to pursue several management positions at some of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. She is an active member of the community and a member of several professional organizations including: The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), and the Professional Woman Network (PWN).

Through all of the experiences the good and the bad with no regrets, she is passionate about helping people, no matter where they are in their lives, to reach their fullest potential. She is currently working on creating a non-profit organization to help mentor and provide a network for young girls to develop themselves and the skills necessary to succeed in this space we call "Life", while specializing in etiquette, leadership, and prevention programs. She has learned the importance of being a strong woman of integrity, perseverance, and diligence.

Ms. Lockett is available to facilitate workshops and seminars across the country to schools, churches, youth groups, senior citizen groups, corporations, organizations, and individuals, as well as, provide her expertise in books, columns, or newsletters.
