Shannon Jones is an RN and holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing
and her Master's Degree, in Administration and Organization Management.
In addition, she is a member of the Association of California Nurse
Leaders, Professional Woman Network, and the National Association
of Female Executives.
Shannon Jones is a dynamic speaker and a motivator who has inspired
individuals and served as a change agent in various organizations.

She is a certified instructor in all the topics she presents and

- Mentoring former staffs who have become leaders
in the healthcare industry.
- Held positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief
Nursing Officer, Chief Nurse Executive, and Director of Nursing
as well as other managerial positions in hospitals located in
Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
- Successfully assist three hospitals with their
new licensure process and provide leadership and guidance in the
development of their operational infrastructure.
- Critical Care Coordinator at LAC/USC, where she
developed and managed a flow-system for 40 ICU and 39 Intermediate
care beds.
