Upon graduating from Notre Dame, Jill moved to France and flew hot air balloons for 5 years. While this wasn't her initial career intention, it proved to become her most valuable experience this far. The knowledge she gained about working with different cultures, languages and perspectives has allowed Jill to become an insightful and impactful change agent in the organizations with which she has since worked.

Jill is constantly learning, growing and inspiring those around her to learn and grow. "If you are not growing, you are dying." Whether it be through coaching or facilitating, Jill enjoys watching her clients experience their own "ah-ha" moments in areas such as career, family or personal goals. She has helped clients unleash success in all areas of their lives (career advancement, communication skills, relationship enhancement, and weight management).

Jill's philosophy is to help women align their core values with their work assignment giving them a sense of purpose, accomplishment and satisfaction.

W.I.N.G.S. (Women Inspiring the Next Generation's Success) is an organization dedicated to helping young women take flight in regards to their career options.

Jill has been working for over twelve years in both publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, most recently serving as Vice President of Training and Development at a financial institution. Jill has over 10,000 facilitation hours ranging from lean/six sigma to personality awareness. She holds a Masters of Technology in Industrial Management and Safety from Georgia Southern University along with a BA in French from the University of Notre Dame.
