Amicitia Maloon-Gibson is the President and Founder of ATIC & MG Center For Excellence (MGC4E), Inc a non-profit community base global training and service institute. The focus is on Education, Empowerment, and Encouragement to Excel ­ E4 for human capital. Maloon-Gibson & Associates is the profit entity of the MGC4E. She has developed, implemented and delivered seminars and workshops in the United States and in International countries. Additionally, Cita brings 25 years of experience working with government and private organizations in the areas of leadership, training, motivation, team building, employee recruitment & succession planning, and organizational development. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and two Masters degrees one in Management and one in Human Resources Development.

She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), the Black African-American Christian Counselors (BAACC), the Marriage and Family Network (AACC) and she is a certified Mediator/Life Coach. She is a charter member of the Brevard County Business and Professional Women/USA/FL.; National Association of Female Executives, the Association for Conflict Resolution. She is a member of Women Speakers Bureau and a 29 years Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. She is a Board of Director member of Christian Services Charities for 2008-2009.

Her international travels include the British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, England, Germany, Prague, France, Belgium, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Aruba and the Bahamas.
