Amina Chitembo is an internationally recognised Career Change Coach and Consultant, Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker and Motivational Educator. She specialises in empowering women who want to increase their potential to either achieve that change in career or become the successful business owners they have always dreamt of being faster that if they did it on their own.
She is the founder and Managing Director of RANS Dynamic Ltd, an International Consultancy, Training and Corporate & Business Coaching Company. She is also the founder and CEO of BME Community Services (BMECS) www.bme-cs.org.uk an International Non-governmental organisation (INGO) which supports the most disadvantaged people by advocating for their human rights and ensuring they get equitable services. BMECS has projects for women in Europe, Asia and Africa.
She holds an MSc in Social Sciences: Management & Leadership from the University of Southampton, UK, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, PG Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching. She is a member of the Institute for Learning, Institute of Fundraising, She also hold a Higher Diploma in Management of Information Systems, PRINCE2 Certificate, and Certificate in post 16 teaching. She has over 15 years work experience in public, private and nongovernmental sectors.
Amina has a passion for helping women and children affected by HIV and by Abuse. She also strongly supports and advises a Zambian NGO that helps disadvantage women in Zambia, Lelemba Community Empowerment Project, www.lcep.org.
Her work in this area is notable at international level in career and life change issues and is a member to a number of Women's Networks including UNIFEM, ATHENA, UN Women European Union Migration Unit and World YWCA. She has also been involved in International dialogue on Migration and Integration, with her most recent study on 'Perfect Migrants': De-skilling of Zambian and Zimbabwean Nurses in the UK, which was presented at the International Conference on Migration – the Paradoxes of Belonging, in the Netherlands in 2010.
Amina Lives in the seaside resort Littlehampton, UK with her two daughters, Ngosa and Ngweshe. She also has an adopted daughter Sarah who now lives away from home.
