Ms. Carpenter is President of Pinnacle Point University and the
Senior Pastor/Servant of the Celebrate Life Community Church. The
company’s mission is to motivate, inspire, encourage and
to bring about positive change in the lives of women and youth
to fulfill their dreams through leadership, spiritual, professional
and personal development learning. Ms. Carpenter has a passionate
desire to guide women and youth in achieving their best, mentally,
physically, spiritually and emotionally. Ms. Carpenter believes
that all persons can receive a PhD in “possibilities” and
she is committed to assisting others in developing their full potential.
Ms. Carpenter has over 16 years of legal experience and was the
first African-American female to break through the “glass
ceiling” as the Legal Administrator in one of the top five
majority law firms in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a motivational speaker, conference and workshop lecturer,
Ms. Carpenter is available for collaboration with other speakers
regarding
professionalism and empowerment for women and youth. Ms. Carpenter
is certified through the Center for the Improvement of Child Caring
(CICC) to instruct courses on parenting, and certified through
the Professional Women’s Network in the areas of diversity
and multi-culturalism, women and youth issues, leadership, personal,
professional and career development.
Ms. Carpenter is a contributing author for the soon to be released
book “Learning to Love Yourself” A Handbook for the African American
Woman in January 2009.
Ms. Carpenter is available for facilitation of workshops, keynote
addresses, seminars to schools, churches, youth groups, women’s
groups, businesses, corporations, organizations and individuals
on a national and international basis. Ms. Carpenter is very knowledgeable
about what it takes to succeed in the work environment and the
faith community and would be honored to share with you.
