Pamela D. Burks is CEO of Burks Consulting Group, a business development and training organization focused on the development of new businesses and the strategic growth of emerging businesses.

Ms. Burks has been in the IT industry with fortune 500 companies for over 15 years providing planning and management of application development and enterprise wide infrastructure initiatives. The native Detroiter and graduate of Michigan State University, is dedicated to "building strong business foundations" for small and midsized businesses. She is certified as a Diversity Trainer, Training Manager/Director, Instructional Designer, Professional Coach, and recently received certification as a Woman's Business Enterprise.
