DarLene Burkett is a Corporate Trainer and Master Presenter having received national and international acclaim. She has worked as an Image Consultant and Makeup Artist for some of the world's leading cosmetic companies and fashion retailers.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the industry she has been featured in publications such as Salon Sense, Sophisticate's Black Hair, and Heart & Soul. DarLene has also been recognized by Salon Sense magazine for two consecutive years‹2004 and 2005, being honored as one of the Black Women Power Brokers, "A Salute to Women Breaking Barriers in the Beauty Industry."

Ms. Burkett is the President and CEO of the Burkett Consulting Group (BCG), which specializes in diversity training, customer service, and professional imaging. BCG is dedicated to assisting individuals and corporations in pursuing professional excellence through one-on-one consultations, workshops, and seminars. Her mission is to restore customer service to the bygone level of excellence and prepare businesses to compete in a global workforce.

DarLene serves on the International Board of Advisors for the Professional Woman Network and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives.
