Ms. Jones is President and CEO of A Plan For You, LLC. She conducts workshops
and seminars that have been presented throughout the United States and
abroad. The workshops and seminars conducted by the institute consist of
topics such as: Women in Management, Women as Leaders, The Superwoman Syndrome,
Leadership Skills, The Assertive Woman, Customer Service, Diversity and
Emotional Wellness for Women. Ms. Jones has been certified by The Professional
Woman Network as a Professional Coach and Diversity Consultant.
Ms. Jones' knowledge of business and professionalism is supported by
working with corporations, non-profit and charity organizations. She has
over 14 years of experience with the U.S. Federal Government in information
technology and management, 7+ years consulting experience with churches
and several small business firms.
Among her many accolades, Ms. Jones has Co-authored two books, been recognized
by Strathmore's Who's Who Global Network for Outstanding Professionals,
has Master's Degrees in Telecommunication and Information Systems from
Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland and in Information Management with
a specialization in Government from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New
York and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from
Northcentral University.
She's certified by Survival Skills Education and Development© as
a Facilitator of Survival Skills Programs. The Survival Skills programs
were developed in response to the overwhelming multiplicity of needs evidenced
by various at-risk populations and because of the lack of community-based,
research-based programs built on sound behavioral principles and methodology.
